1. Log in to your user account in the Cadasta Platform

2. Navigate to Content and then My Content

3. Create a new Feature Layer by selecting Create

4. ជ្រើសរើស Feature Layer

5. ជ្រើសរើស Build a Layer

6. ជ្រើសរើស ពហុកោណ and then Create

7. ជ្រើសរើស បន្ទាប់ and បន្ទាប់

8. Enter a ចំណងជើង and Tags. Other information is optional

9. ជ្រើសរើស Done
