1. Navigate to Content, My Content

2. Create a new Feature Layer by selecting Create

3. ជ្រើសរើស Feature Layer

4. ជ្រើសរើស Build a Layer

5. ជ្រើសរើស ពហុកោណ and Create

6. ជ្រើសរើស បន្ទាប់ and បន្ទាប់

7. Enter a ចំណងជើង and Tags. Other information is optional

8. ជ្រើសរើស Done.
