This handout document will provide step-by-step guidance on how to create a Dashboard using the Cadasta Platform, based on the ESRI ArcGIS Online product. A ড্যাশবোর্ড is a configurable web-app included on the Cadasta Platform. A Dashboard displays multiple visualizations such as maps and charts working together on a single screen. Dashboards provide an interactive user experience with real-time capabilities and offer a comprehensive and engaging view for presentation and decision-making purposes.

OBJECTIVES

This handout will guide project managers and data collectors on how to create a Dashboard using the information collected during the project or other relevant information related to the project.

STEPS

Creating and Configuring the Dashboard

1. Sign in with your username and password to the Cadasta Platform.

2. Click the home button in the top left corner.

3. Click on the app launcher in the upper right corner and click on the Dashboard icon.

4. ক্লিক Create Dashboard.

6. In the upper right corner click the gear icon to configure the dashboard.

Adding a Map

10. On the top right, ক্লিক করুন + to add a card on the drop-down menu. Then click মানচিত্র.

12. Select the map.

13. To configure the map for the Pop-ups, leave it as default. For the Scalebar, choose লাইন. For the legend, leave it in default mode. For Layer Visibility, Basemap Switcher, এবং অনুসন্ধান করুন click the switch next to the tabs enable them. For Zoom In/Out, click the switch to enable.

Add a Series Chart

Add a Pie Chart

Add an Indicator

40. Click the “Project Grow- View for Web Maps” to relate the indicator to that layer.

44. For নাম, write “No of Households.” Do the same for শিরোনাম and use the text options to center and bold it.

Add a Gauge

47. On the top right, ক্লিক করুন + dropdown menu and click গেজ.

48. Click the “Project Grow- View for Web Maps” to relate the gauge to that layer.

49. On the Data Options ট্যাব, in the পরিসংখ্যান box, ক্লিক গণনা if that is not already the default.

50. Select Gauge from the tabs on the left side. On Style, নির্বাচন করুন Meter. On Shape নির্বাচন করুন Horseshoe.

Add a Header

54. On the top right, ক্লিক করুন + symbol and click to select the Header.

55. Add the শিরোনাম, “Project Grow Demo Dashboard.” Add the Subtitle, “2020.”

56. For the Logo Type, নির্বাচন করুন Icon and choose an appropriate icon.

57. ক্লিক সম্পন্ন. Resize your card to best display your Dashboard and click সংরক্ষণ.

Inserting Mapping Actions

58. In the map, hover over the blue icons in the top left corner and choose the সজ্জিত করা বিকল্প (the gear icon).

59. On the open window click Map Actions. These actions enable you to configure the indicators, the serial chart, and the pie chart to change with the extent of the Map.

63. Save the Dashboard again.

Publishing and Sharing the Dashboard

64. To publish and share your dashboard, go to the Home menu in the upper lefthand corner and on the drop down menu select ড্যাশবোর্ড আইটেম বিবরণ.

65. In the opened window, নির্বাচন করুন ভাগ করুন.

66. A dialog box will appear. নির্বাচন করুন সবাই (public) and then সংরক্ষণ.
